Application

• For use within sewers, storage tanks, manhole chambers, flush chambers and river outlets.

Type A

Mounted on a 90° bend outlet pipe, and is available in sizes 100mm to 400mm diameter. Robust construction of Stainless Steel with brass bearings.

Type B

Mounted on a straight flanged pipe section and is available in sizes 100mm to 300mm diameter. Can retain water up to 4m head.

Application

• Can be used to prevent water backflow in harbours, and river outlets
• Installed as a flood prevention solution
• Control flows from storage tanks in unison with Hydroslides. The float controlled flap valve can be used to reduce the head acting upon the flow control, thus allowing a large control orifice size
