Hydrok sponsor ambitious climb of Mount Cho Oyu

Hydrok UK are very proud to be an official sponsor of a 3 man team planning to climb Mount Cho Oyu in the Himalayas starting August 2009 in aid of Cancer Research UK.

The team has set a target to raise at least £100,000 for the charity with all the costs of the expedition being covered by 2 major sponsors, Hydrok UK being one of them.

Mike Foote, MD of Hydrok said, "Hydrok UK and TCS have pledged to cover the expedition costs which means all additional sponsorship and donations will go directly to Cancer Research UK, so the more people give, the more the charity benefits."

The team of 3 brave climbers include Peter Bailey, a teacher at the specialist William Henry Smith School in Rastrick; Jeff Crooke, MD of Lintott Control Systems in Norwich; and Yorkshire Waters', Phil Purdy.
